By accessing, registering or placing an order, you are deemed to have read and agreed to this Policy. This page describes usage rules and does not constitute legal advice.
2. Lawful Use Only
The service may be used only for lawful and legitimate purposes, and in keeping with the spirit of applicable law (including requirements under relevant US law regarding unauthorized access, spam, handling of copyright complaints, etc.). You are responsible for your account, domains, DNS records, and the content and business they point to, including use by third parties you authorize.
3. Prohibited Conduct (including but not limited to)
- Any illegal use, or conduct that violates applicable laws, regulations or regulatory requirements.
- Gray-market (illicit) and related business: including but not limited to using DNS to drive traffic to illegal platforms, evade law enforcement, or conceal unauthorized services.
- Network attacks, intrusion, scanning, DDoS / denial of service, malware distribution, unauthorized access, or assisting others in any of the above.
- Abusing compute, bandwidth, storage or other resources, or interfering with the platform, other users or upstream networks.
- Sending or relaying spam / unsolicited commercial messages, or operating open relays or spam proxies.
- Infringing intellectual property, privacy, portrait/likeness or other rights; upon a valid copyright complaint, we may restrict or terminate the service.
- Fraud, phishing, impersonation, money laundering, or providing infrastructure for fraud.
- Producing, storing or distributing content harmful to minors, including child sexual exploitation material in any form.
- Evading economic sanctions, export controls or other trade restrictions, or providing services to restricted parties.
4. Enforcement
Upon a violation or a reasonably suspected violation, we may immediately suspend or terminate the related service without refunding amounts paid; we may retain logs and evidence and restrict the related account from further use.
5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
Where required by applicable US law or upon a lawful request from a competent authority, SKYFORGE TECHNOLOGIES LLC may provide necessary information and restrict or terminate the related service; it may also take reasonable measures, to the extent permitted by law, to protect the platform and its users.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts of Wyoming or the federal courts located in Wyoming.
7. Related Terms
This Policy applies together with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy; in case of conflict, this Policy prevails with respect to usage restrictions and enforcement.
