The service is provided by SKYFORGE TECHNOLOGIES LLC (a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, USA) as the operating and contracting entity, under the brand 189DNS. Users must register and communicate using true and valid contact information.
2. Scope of Service
189DNS provides capabilities related to authoritative DNS resolution (including domain hosting, record management, routing policies, node status, etc., subject to what is actually enabled in the console and your plan). Configuration, pricing and delivery are subject to the order and back-end accounting. Service activation is subject to system confirmation or availability in the console.
3. Account and Use
You must keep your account credentials safe and are responsible for all activities under your account. Use of the service must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. If a violation is discovered or reasonably suspected, we may immediately suspend or terminate all or part of the service, and fees already paid will not be refunded.
4. Lawful Use
The service is for lawful and legitimate use only. It is prohibited to use 189DNS for illegal activities, gray-market (illicit) business, fraud, unauthorized access, network attacks, or any other conduct that violates applicable law or this site's Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Fees and Payment
Prices of paid plans (denominated in US dollars) and billing cycles are as shown on the console / order page. Please pay the full amount due shown on the order page, using the online payment methods provided by the platform, within the order's validity period (1 hour from creation); the service is activated automatically once the payment is confirmed as received. Payments with a mismatched amount, or received after the order has expired, cannot be matched automatically; please provide the order details and proof of payment via the contact email below for verification. Failure to pay when due may result in service interruption. Refund rule: once the service has been activated, no refunds are given in principle (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SKYFORGE TECHNOLOGIES LLC (brand 189DNS) is not liable for indirect losses, data loss or business interruption. You should back up your own data and make your own business continuity arrangements.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA (without regard to conflict-of-laws rules). Disputes arising from these Terms or this site's services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts of Wyoming or the federal courts located in Wyoming.
